Reservation and Cancellation Policy
➢ 50% payment on booking and full deposit must be made 30 days prior to check in
date during “Regular season” and 45 days during “High Season”.
➢ Cancellation 100% within 3 days, 50% within 1 week and 20% within 2 weeks.
➢ Rooms will not be held if advance payment is not made with confirmation letter.
➢ Any changes in reservation dates or cancellation must be sent in writing.
➢ Late arrivals, no show or early departures will be charged full (100%).
Check In and Check Out Policy
➢ Normal check in is after 12 pm and check out is before 12 pm.
➢ Request for early check in may be considered depending on room availability.
➢ Request for late check-out may be considered depending on room availability and
chargeable on request.
