• Cancellation within 15 days of arrival 100% fees
• No Show:100% cancellation fees.

• Request for early check in may be considered depending on room availability.
• Request for late checkout may be considered depending on room availability and chargeable on request.
No Show Policy
No shows will be subject t charges equal to 100% of the booking payment.
Occupancy
Maximum person per room is 3 adults and 1 kid with extra bed.
This arrangement can include Three (3) adults and 1 kid; two (2) adults and two (2) kids.
Any two (2) occupants in room, regardless of age, will be charged the double rate.
